My name is Aaron and I'm an underwater photographer and filmmaker, based in the United Kingdom. I have a passion for photography, film, and most of all, nature.

Born in the UK to a family of divers, the ocean has never been far from my life, both physically and metaphorically. Living in a small fishing town, I grew up on, in, and around the sea. ​

The British shores have developed a deep routed love for cold water marine life and diving. The often murky and chilled waters boast an impressive array of life. The hardy yet beautiful underwater world surrounding our island is so often overlooked. I want my work in the UK to reflect the true beauty of our marine environment.  

 

Though my love for cold water diving is unwavering​, I occasionally cannot resist the temptation of warmer tropical seas, therefore I spend part of the year working abroad, in Indonesia. While in Indonesia, I work as a Videographer for  Mermaid Liveaboards, living and working onboard one of their vessels.  Here I have been incredibly fortunate to have dived all over the country; from Bali and Komodo, to Alor, The Banda Sea, Raja Amapt and so much more in between. ​​​​​​​​​​​​
